Brandon Inge clubbed a two-run homer to make a winner of Daniel Schlereth (2-0), who pitched 3 1/3 scoreless innings of relief for the Tigers.

Detroit snapped a six-game losing streak and finished the year at 81-81.

The Orioles (66-96) got an RBI each from Nick Markakis and Luke Scott in the setback.
