Sept. 12, 2010 at 12:24 AM   |   Comments

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Ryan Mallett turned in a dominating performance Saturday, throwing for 400 yards and three touchdowns in No. 15 Arkansas' 31-7 win over Louisiana-Monroe.

Mallett went 28-for-43 with an interception in his big night. Twelve of the completions went to Greg Childs, who finished with 146 yards and two scores for the Razorbacks (2-0).

The Arkansas signal-caller found Childs on an 11-yard pass to get the ball to the Warhawks' 22 yard line late in the third quarter, and six plays later took the ball into the end zone himself from a yard out for a 14-0 lead that sparked the Razorbacks to their victory.

Louisiana-Monroe (0-1) was led by Kolton Browning, who went 7-for-17 for 74 yards, one touchdown and an interception.
