Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

TORONTO, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- Julius James punched the ball past Toronto FC goalkeeper Stefan Frei from 6 yards out Saturday, sending D.C. United to a 1-0 Major League Soccer victory.
The Reds, who had played Chicago to a scoreless draw Wednesday, appeared headed to the same fate against United until James's tally in the 81st minute.
James scored with a left-footed shot after Banko Boskovic's free kick was played into the middle of the box from the right wing.
It was United's second win in six games under interim Coach Ben Olsen. Toronto has been shut out in five of its last six games.
