SEATTLE, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Kasey Keller of Seattle and Kyle Reynish of Real Salt Lake posted shutouts Thursday when Real Salt Lake and the Seattle Sounders played to a scoreless tie.

Keller and Reynish -- subbing for an injured Nick Rimando -- had just five saves combined in the game.

Real Salt Lakes (12-4-8) moves into a tie with Columbus and Los Angeles for the best record in the MSL table with 44 points.

Seattle (9-9-6) seemed to tighten its grip on a Western table wild-card playoff spot.
