RENO, Nev., Sept. 1 (UPI) -- The lawyer for a Nevada woman suing Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger says he will submit briefs on a proposed change of venue by Thursday.

Calvin Dunlap is asking the Nevada Supreme Court to order the case to be heard in Reno because one of the eight other defendants in the civil case, an executive with Harrah's, has a second home in Washoe County.

The alleged sexual assault by Roethlisberger took place in Lake Tahoe in neighboring Douglas County, and a lower court refused to move the case.

The football star's lawyers said in their Supreme Court briefs that the Harrah's employee spends five days a week in Lake Tahoe and moving the case would be an inconvenience for everyone, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said Wednesday.

Roethlisberger has denied the allegations he forced himself on the plaintiff at Harrah's Lake Tahoe in 2008.
