CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 28 (UPI) -- Mike Goodson's 91-yard kickoff return touchdown in the fourth quarter Saturday sent the Carolina Panthers to a 15-7 pre-season win over the Tennessee Titans.

Neither team's offense had much success.

Matt Moore completed 18-of-33 passes for 190 yards for the 1-2 Panthers, who have yet to score an offensive touchdown in three exhibition games, and rookie Jimmy Clausen was 4-of-5 for 79 yards. But Carolina had settle for three John Kasay field goals.

The 1-2 Titans' Vince Young was 6-of-9 for 48 yards, and Kerry Collins was 6-of-10 passes for 112 yards, a touchdown and an interception.

Jared Cook caught a 35-yard TD pass for Tennessee.
