NEW YORK, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- Detroit Tigers infielder Carlos Guillen is back on the 15-day disabled list, this time with a bruised left knee.

Guillen, who had just come off the DL Aug. 9, having missed two weeks with a right-calf strain, got hurt Monday while turning a game-ending double play against the New York Yankees.
