OAKLAND, Calif., Aug. 18 (UPI) -- Coco Crisp had three hits and scored the go-ahead run Tuesday in the Oakland Athletics' 6-2 victory over Toronto.
The Athletics outhit Toronto 11-4 and snapped a four-game losing streak behind starting pitcher Dallas Braden (8-8), who allowed two runs -- one earned -- on three hits and struck out five in seven innings.
Daric Barton added two hits and an RBI for Oakland.
Brian Tallet (2-5) took the loss in relief of Blue Jays starter Brandon Morrow, who departed after giving up two runs in four innings.
The Blue Jays took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first on Jose Bautista's groundout, but the A's came back with two in their half of the inning on consecutive doubles by Crisp and Barton.
The lead held up until the seventh when Toronto pushed a run across on back-to-back doubles by Aaron Hill and Lyle Overbay.
Oakland answered with three runs in the bottom of the seventh to take the lead for good. Jack Cust's fielder's choice allowed Crisp to score the deciding run from third.
