ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 29 (UPI) -- Quarterback Tim Tebow, winner of a Heisman Trophy and two national collegiate championships, signed Thursday with the Denver Broncos.

Financial terms were not released, but the Denver Post reported Tebow -- the 25th overall selection in this year's draft - agreed to a five-year contract worth at least $11.5 million with $8 million guaranteed.

He won the Heisman Trophy in 2007 and while at the University of Florida became the only player in NCAA history to rush and pass for at least 20 touchdowns in a season. He holds the Southeastern Conference career record for touchdown passes.

In other news around NFL training camps:

-- The Pittsburgh Steelers signed former Dallas offensive lineman Flozell Adams to a two-year contract. Adams, who has been to the Pro Bowl five times, was released by the Cowboys in April.

-- Miami agreed to terms with its first-round choice, defensive lineman Jared Odrick. The Dolphins have signed all of their draft picks. Odrick was the 28th overall selection.
