MILWAUKEE, July 25 (UPI) -- Casey McGehee slammed a three-run homer and Rickie Weeks added a two-run shot Sunday in the Milwaukee Brewers' 8-3 victory over Washington.
McGehee went 2-for-3 with a walk and Jonathan Lucroy added two hits and an RBI for the Brewers, who completed a three-game sweep of the Nationals at Miller Park.
Dave Bush (5-8) surrendered three runs (two earned) on six hits and no walks in a six-inning start. He struck out seven to rebound from his worst start of the year July 20 against Pittsburgh.
Ross Detweiler (0-1), making his first start of the season for Washington, was victimized for five unearned runs on three hits in 3 2/3 innings.
The Brewers scored twice after Willie Harris committed a first-inning fielding error and Ian Desmond's throwing miscue led to three more Milwaukee runs in the fourth.
