ARLINGTON, Texas, July 5 (UPI) -- Alexi Ramirez socked a two-run homer in the sixth inning Sunday, lifting the Chicago White Sox to a 5-3 victory over Texas.
The White Sox scored three runs in the frame to erase a 3-2 deficit. Carlos Quentin's RBI double pulled Chicago even and two outs later Ramirez hit a towering fly to left that barely cleared the wall, handing the White Sox the rubber match of a three-game series with Texas.
Mark Kotsay contributed two hits and an RBI, and Mark Buehrle (7-7) collected the victory by holding the Rangers to three runs on five hits over seven innings.
Rangers starter Scott Feldman (5-8) absorbed the loss, surrendering five runs on eight hits in a six-inning start.
Josh Hamilton smacked his 20th homer of the year and Julio Bourbon added two-run shot for Texas.
