ATLANTA, July 3 (UPI) -- Tommy Hanson yielded one unearned run in six-plus innings and Gregor Blanco collected two RBI Saturday in Atlanta's 4-1 win over Florida.
Hanson (8-5) scattered five hits over 6 2/3 innings, walking two and fanning eight to shake off two previous poor outings and raise his career record against Florida to 3-0.
Billy Wagner pitched a scoreless ninth to notch his 17th save and give the first-place Braves their sixth win in eight games.
Blanco's two-run single highlighted a four-run Atlanta outburst in the fourth inning.
Anibal Sanchez (7-5) took the loss for the Marlins, yielding four runs on seven hits in six innings of work.
