ENDICOTT, N.Y., June 26 (UPI) -- Dan Forsman's second straight round of 6-under 66 propelled him to a one-shot lead Saturday after two rounds of the Dick's Sporting Goods Open.

Forsman began the day one shot behind second-round leader Wayne Levi but birdied his first three holes to establish the momentum he needed to end the day at 12-under 132, one shot better than Brad Bryant.

Bryant (67) lost a share of the lead after recording a bogey on the 18th hole at En-Joie Golf Course in Endicott, N.Y., ending the day with sole possession of second place.

Levi, who carded a 3-under 69, got hot on the back nine to stay in contention. He finished in a tie with Ross Cochran (66) for third place at minus-10.

Mark Calcavecchia's Champions Tour debut continued on a positive note Saturday when he shot a 4-under 68 to tie Nick Price (66) and Bill Glasson (66) for fourth place at 9-under 135.

Forsman is looking for his third Champions Tour victory. One of them came in May at the Regions Charity Classic.
