MILWAUKEE, June 25 (UPI) -- Jonathan LuCroy and Carlos Gomez accounted for four runs with fourth-inning homers Friday, rallying Milwaukee to an 8-3 inter-league victory over Seattle.
The Brewers faced a 3-0 deficit when LuCroy hit the first home run of his major league career -- a three-run blast off Ryan Rowland-Smith (1-7). The homer came in LuCroy's 15th game with the Brewers.
Gomez delivered a solo shot later in the inning to give Milwaukee the lead for good. Gomez also had an RBI single in the eighth and Alcides Escobar produced a sacrifice fly in both the sixth and eighth in helping Milwaukee pull away to their fifth straight victory.
Seattle has lost two straight after winning five in a row.
Dave Bush (3-5) picked up his second consecutive victory, allowing three runs on seven hits over six innings.
