PHILADELPHIA, June 23 (UPI) -- Jimmy Rollins hit a two-run homer with one out in the ninth inning Wednesday, rallying the Philadelphia Phillies to a wild 7-6 decision over Cleveland.

The Phillies came from behind early to take the lead in the fourth, lost the lead in the fifth and tied it at 5-5 in the seventh on a solo homer by Brian Schneider.

Cleveland then moved in front in the top of the ninth when Trevor Crowe raced home from third on a fielder's choice grounder to short. The Indians had a runner thrown out at home in the inning, which ended with Russell Branyan lining into a double play with the bases loaded.

Kerry Wood (1-3) came on to protect the one-run lead in the bottom of the ninth but he walked Schneider as the leadoff batter. After Ben Francisco grounded out, Rollins ended it with his homer to right on a 1-1 pitch.

Rollins was appearing in only his 14th game of the season and his second since coming off the disabled list.

Despite giving up the go-ahead run in the ninth, J.C. Romero (1-0) picked up his first win in two seasons.

Shin-Soo Choo hit a pair of two-run homers for the Indians, one in the first and another in the fifth.
