CINCINNATI, June 7 (UPI) -- Juan Uribe's two-run single in the seventh inning gave San Francisco the lead and the Giants went on to edge Cincinnati 6-5 Monday.
With the Giants trailing 5-4, Freddy Sanchez and Pablo Sandoval began the seventh with singles off Daniel Herrera (0-3). Both moved up a base on Aubrey Huff's groundout, and Uribe lined Herrera's first pitch just over leaping second baseman Brandon Phillips into shallow right, driving in the go-ahead runs.
Sergio Romo (2-3), Santiago Casilla, Guillermo Moto and Brian Wilson combined to pitch 2 2/3 scoreless innings in relief of starter Barry Zito.
Wilson picked up his 15th save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
Uribe ended with four RBI and Zito drove in two runs with a single for San Francisco.
Jay Bruce went 3-for-4 with a solo homer for Cincinnati.
