Price takes Principal by four shots

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, June 6 (UPI) -- Nick Price collected his second Champions Tour victory of the season Sunday, firing a 4-under 67 to win the Principal Charity Classic by four strokes.

Price finished with a 14-under 199 to outdistance tour rookie Tommy Armour III at the Glen Oaks course in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Price's victory was his third career senior circuit championship and second in 2010 after taking the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, along with Mark O'Meara, in April.

Armour was still within striking distance at two back heading to the final hole -- but he then stumbled, carding a double-bogey after finding a fairway bunker. He ended the day with an even-par 71, four off the lead at 10-under 203.

John Cook (66) and Loren Roberts (68) were knotted another shot back at 204, while six players shared fourth place at minus-8.
