Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

SANDY, Utah, May 30 (UPI) -- Striker Fabian Espindola keyed a four-goal attack Saturday to spark Real Salt Lake to a 4-1 triumph over Kansas City.
Espindola put his team up 1-0 in the 31st minute off a feed from Andy Williams, notching his third goal of the season just inside the far post and giving Real Salt Lake (6-3-1) a lead it wouldn't relinquish.
Alvaro Saborio, Robbie Russell and Ned Grabavoy added markers for RSL, which capped a perfect May in which it went 5-0-0.
The Wizards (2-5-2) got their only goal when Davy Arnaud stole the ball off RSL defender Nat Borchers and fed Josh Wolff for a score.
