COMMERCE CITY, Colo., May 30 (UPI) -- Conor Casey's goal in the 63rd minute Saturday boosted the Colorado Rapids to a 1-0 decision over Seattle.

Casey's goal came when he perfectly lofted a chip shot over Seattle goalie Kasey Keller from the right side of the area, sneaking in just under the crossbar and inside the left post.

Colorado goalie Matt Pickens collected one save, posting his second straight shutout in the Rapids' second straight 1-0 victory. The win raised the Rapids' record to 3-5-3.

Seattle (3-5-3) dropped its second match in a row.
