ARLINGTON, Texas, May 9 (UPI) -- Max Ramirez's fifth-inning RBI single proved to be the game-winner for the Texas Rangers in Sunday's 6-4 win over Kansas City.

David Murphy got three hits and two RBIs while Michael Young contributed two hits and knocked in a run as the Rangers notched their first four-game sweep of the Royals since 1990.
