CINCINNATI, May 9 (UPI) -- The Cincinnati Reds used a late-game scoring streak to rout the Chicago Cubs 14-2.

A grand slam by Ryan Hanigan, a two-run homer by Joey Votto and three RBI from Jonny Gomes helped the Reds get 14 runs on 15 hits, 11 of them in the last two stanzas.

Aaron Harang (2-4) struck out nine and walked one in 6 2/3 innings. Tom Gorzelanny (1-4) gave up three runs on nine hits and struck out nine in his six innings of work.
