MLS: Los Angeles 1, Colorado 0

COMMERCE CITY, Colo., May 6 (UPI) -- Alan Gordan scored in the 21st minute Wednesday, keeping Los Angeles unbeaten with a 1-0 triumph over Colorado.

It was the first goal of the season for Gordan, who drove home a header off a free kick from Landon Donovan.

Los Angeles improved to 6-0-1 and dropped the Rapids to 3-3-1.

Until Gordan's goal, Edson Buddle had either scored or assisted on every Los Angeles tally this season. Donovan has six assists, tops in MLS.
