Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell said officers cited 21 people for violating Louisville's noise ordinance.

About 300 officers were deployed along the Broadway corridor Friday night and Mitchell said police would be out in force Saturday night and Sunday morning as well, although he said rain in the area could hold down some of the partying.
