Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

DENVER, April 23 (UPI) -- The scheduled game between the Florida Marlins and the Colorado Rockies was postponed Friday due to rain in Denver.
The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday. The first game will begin at 3:10 p.m. local time.
Colorado's Greg Smith and Florida's Ricky Nolasco, who had been scheduled to start Friday's game, will now work the first contest of the doubleheader. In the second game, Aaron Cook will start for the Rockies and Florida will go with Nate Robertson.
