NHL: Chicago 2, Nashville 0

CHICAGO, April 18 (UPI) -- Antti Niemi made 23 saves Sunday and the Chicago Blackhawks beat Nashville 2-0 in Game 2 of their Western Conference quarterfinal series.

Patrick Kane and Dave Bolland scored for the Central Division champion Blackhawks, who evened the series 1-1.

Pekka Rinne stopped 31 saves for the Predators, who came up empty Sunday after scoring four third-period goals Friday to take Game 1 4-1.

Game 3 is set for Tuesday in Nashville.
