Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

COMMERCE CITY, Colo., April 18 (UPI) -- Conor Casey netted a pair of goals Sunday to carry the Colorado Rapids to a 3-1 victory over Toronto FC.
Jeff Larentowicz chipped in with his first goal as a Rapid to give Colorado (2-1-1) its first win in three games.
Both of Casey's goals came from the penalty spot, giving him three such goals this season. Casey is third on Colorado's list of all-time goal scorers with 32.
The goal by Larentowicz was the game-winner, coming on a free kick in the 71st minute.
Dwayne De Rosario got the only goal for Toronto FC (1-3-0), converting a penalty kick for his fourth goal of the season.
