MLB: Colorado 4, San Diego 2

DENVER, April 11 (UPI) -- Miguel Olivo mashed a solo homer and went 2-for-4 Sunday as the Colorado Rockies posted a 4-2 decision over San Diego.

Colorado got a pair of RBIs from Troy Tulowitzki and six solid innings from Ubaldo Jimenez (2-0), who allowed only one earned run. Jimenez struck out seven and walked three while Franklin Morales finished up with a perfect ninth to notch his second save of the year.

The Padres were led by Will Venable, who collected a pair of hits and an RBI in San Diego's fourth setback in six games to start the season.

Jon Garland (0-2) was saddled with the loss after allowing four runs on eight hits over six innings.
