Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

NORMAN, Okla., April 8 (UPI) -- Oklahoma sophomore guard Willie Warren said Thursday he doesn't intend to play a third season for the Sooners, choosing to enter the NBA draft instead.
Warren led Oklahoma with a 16.3 points-per-game average. He also averaged 4.1 assists and 3.3 rebounds.
"This was a stressful decision and one that I've been stuck in the middle on for a little while," said Warren. "I didn't like how things went this year with my injury and everything, but I also feel like I have the skills to take the next step."
Warren, who has not signed with an agent but expects to do so in the near future, missed 10 games last season and had season-ending arthroscopic surgery on his right ankle March 3.
