HOUSTON, April 5 (UPI) -- Tim Lincecum, two-time winner of the National League Cy Young Award, shut out Houston through seven innings Friday and San Francisco downed the Astros 5-2.

Mark DeRosa hit a home run in the eighth inning to give San Francisco a 5-0 cushion and both Bengie Molina and Juan Uribe had two hits and an RBI during a three-run second.

Lincecum gave up four hits and struck out seven. He did not walk a batter during his second straight opening-day start.

Brian Wilson retired two in the ninth to pick up the save.
