NBA: Cleveland 101, Milwaukee 98

CLEVELAND, March 31 (UPI) -- LeBron James wrapped up another big game by coming up with a steal in the final seconds Wednesday that preserved Cleveland's 101-98 win over Milwaukee.

James put Cleveland in front for good on a layup with 17.4 seconds left and Mo Williams gave the Cavaliers a three-point lead by making two free throws with 8 seconds remaining.

James then picked off a pass from Luke Ridnour with 2 seconds to go, allowing Cleveland to trim its magic number for clinching the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference to two.

Any combination of two Cleveland wins or Orlando losses during the rest of the season will give the Cavaliers home-court advantage throughout the conference playoffs.

James scored 23 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had seven assists. Williams had 21 points and Antawn Jamison added 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Milwaukee, which is in fifth place in the East, was led by John Salmons with 28 points. The Bucks were called for 29 fouls to just 12 for Cleveland.
