NBA: Utah 110, Boston 97

SALT LAKE CITY, March 23 (UPI) -- Deron Williams had 22 points and 11 assists and Mehmet Okur had a huge third quarter Monday to lead the Utah Jazz to a 110-97 win over Boston.

Okur scored 11 in the third period and finished with 14 points to go with 15 rebounds for the Jazz, who won for the fourth time in their last five games and ended the day a half-game behind the Dallas Mavericks for third place in the Western Conference.

Utah outscored the Celtics 33-19 in the decisive third period.

C.J. Miles scored 23 points and Carlos Boozer had 19 points and nine rebounds for the Jazz.

Ray Allen scored 15 points for Boston. Glen Davis had 13 points and Paul Pierce scored 11 for the Celtics, who had won four straight coming into the contest.
