NBA: Chicago 98, Philadelphia 84

PHILADELPHIA, March 20 (UPI) -- Derrick Rose netted 23 points in his first game back from injury Saturday, leading the Chicago Bulls to a 98-84 victory over Philadelphia.

Rose missed four games with a sprained left wrist but returned in style in Philadelphia, connecting on 9-of-16 shots from field, including 4-of-6 from 3-point range, as the Bulls snapped a 10-game losing streak.

Kirk Hinrich put in 17 points and distributed 11 assists while Brad Miller chipped in with 16 points, six rebounds and six assists as Chicago won for the first time since Feb. 26.

Marreese Speights powered the Sixers with 17 points and 11 rebounds off the bench and Samuel Dalembert added 16 as Philadelphia lost for the seventh time in eight contests.
