NASHVILLE, March 13 (UPI) -- A 25-point effort by John Jenkins Friday helped No. 23 Vanderbilt pull away for a 78-66 win over Georgia that put the Commodores into the SEC semifinals.
Vanderbilt held only a one-point lead early in the second half, but the Commodores limited Georgia to 41 percent shooting and ran their record to 24-7.

The SEC semifinals will send Vanderbilt against Mississippi State and Kentucky against Tennessee.
Vanderbilt overcame 31 points from Travis Leslie, who hit 11-of-22 shots from the field. The rest of the Bulldogs went 13-of-36.
Jermaine Beal added 16 for Vanderbilt, which came into the game seeded second out of the Eastern Division.
