Xavier Henry had 15 points for Kansas (31-2), which will take on either Kansas State or Baylor for the conference tournament title on Saturday.

Kansas put together a 21-2 run to take command, capturing its fourth straight game since a loss to Oklahoma State on Feb. 27.

The 24th-ranked Aggies (23-9), who had a four-game winning streak snapped, were led by Donald Sloan with 24 points.

It was the 200th win as Kansas coach for Bill Self, who reached that milestone in 243 games. That is quicker than any of the other coaches who have won at least 200 games with the Jayhawks -- Phog Allen, Ted Owens and Roy Williams.
