TAMPA, Fla., March 8 (UPI) -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers said Monday they have acquired wide receiver Reggie Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles for a 2011 sixth-round draft pick.

Brown was a standout in his first three years with the Eagles after they picked him in the second round of the 2005 draft, appearing in all 16 regular season games in each those years.

In that time, he posted a career-high eight touchdowns in 2006 and made 61 catches for 780 yards the next year. But since then, the University of Georgia product has made just 27 receptions for 407 yards and one TD in 24 games.
