WACO, Texas, March 6 (UPI) -- LaceDarius Dunn poured in 30 points and hauled down six rebounds Saturday as No. 22 Baylor breezed past No. 25 Texas 92-77.

Quincy Acy had a good game, scoring 24 points on a sizzling 12-of-15 performance from the floor as the Bears (24-6, 11-5 Big 12), nailed down the third seed and a first-round bye at next week's Big 12 tournament.

Baylor also benefitted from Tweety Carter's double-double with 16 points and 10 assists.

Texas (23-8, 9-7) completed its slide from a 17-0 start and an early-season No. 1 ranking with the loss, which saw the Longhorns get 25 points and eight rebounds from Gary Johnson.
