MADISON, Wis., March 3 (UPI) -- Jon Leuer poured in 18 points and Wisconsin's two senior guards combined for 26 points Wednesday to pace the 17th-ranked Badgers to a 67-40 rout of Iowa.
Senior backcourt mates Trevon Hughes and Jason Bohannon, playing in their final home game before Kohl Center fans, scored 15 and 11 points, respectively, as Wisconsin (22-7, 12-5 Big Ten) won its third straight game.
Bohannon -- who pulled down nine rebounds -- and Hughes have appeared together in 103 career wins and have each surpassed the 1,000-point mark, putting them among the top 25 scorers in Wisconsin history.
The Badgers put the game away during a 29-8 first-half run, during which Leuer registered 12 points.
Aaron Fuller scored 14 points and grabbed five boards for the Hawkeyes (10-20, 4-13).
