BOSTON, March 3 (UPI) -- Boston Bruins defenseman Derek Morris is being traded back to the Phoenix Coyotes for a 2011 fourth-round draft choice, sources said Wednesday.

Morris was with Phoenix, playing for part of five seasons from 2003 to 2009. He was then sent to the New York Rangers last season, NHL.com reported.

Morris signed with Boston last summer, and in 58 games, scored 3 goal and 25 points. He was the Calgary Flames' 13th pick of the 1996 Entry Draft, and has 79 goals and 286 assists in 850 games with the Flames, Rangers, Bruins, Avalanche and Coyotes, NHL.com said.
