PHOENIX, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Robin Lopez struck for a career-high 30 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, spurring the Phoenix Suns to a 125-112 win over the Los Angeles Clippers Friday.

Lopez was a sizzling 13-of-16 from the floor and Amare Stoudemire donated 20 points as the Suns won their seventh straight game against the Clippers and 18 of the last 23 contests between the two clubs.

Channing Frye came off the bench to score 15 points while Jason Richardson finished with 14 points for Phoenix.

The Clippers, who saw a three-game winning streak come to an end, got 25 points from Eric Gordon while Travis Outlaw contributed 18 and Craig Smith chipped in with 16 points in the loss, which dropped Los Angeles to 7-22 on the road.
