COL BKB: Temple 49, Dayton 41

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Ramone Moore had 13 points and Ryan Brooks added 11 for No. 18 Temple, which downed Dayton 49-41 Wednesday in a cold-shooting game for both teams.

The win left the Owls (23-5, 11-2 A-10) tied with Richmond for first place in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Lavoy Allen pulled down 17 rebounds for Temple, which has won four straight games.

The Owls shot 32.1 percent from the field to 26.3 percent for the Flyers.

Chris Wright posted 12 points and 13 rebounds for Dayton (18-9, 7-6).
