Olympic Medal: W Freestyle Skiing Cross

WEST VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Ashleigh McIvor of Canada won the Olympic gold medal Tuesday in the women's freestyle skiing cross.

Hedda Berntsen of Norway took the silver and Marion Josserand of France captured the bronze. It was the first time the event had been held at the Olympics.
