LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Rasual Butler had 20 points Monday and the Los Angeles Clippers beat Charlotte 98-94 for their first two-game winning streak in more than a month.
Chris Kaman had 18 points and 13 rebounds for the Clippers, who won for just the third time in their last 13 games -- and for just the second time in seven games under interim Coach Kim Hughes.
Gerald Wallace had 32 points and 12 rebounds for the Bobcats, who have lost two straight. Boris Diaw had 20 points, nine rebounds and nine assists for Charlotte, which led by six midway through the fourth quarter before running into a combination of cold shooting and a tough Clippers defense.
Stephen Jackson was just 1-of-16 from the field and finished with seven points for the Bobcats.
