BOSTON, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Ray Allen had 24 points and Rajon Rondo had 15 points and 16 assists Tuesday in the Boston Celtics 110-106 win over New York.

Kevin Garnett finished with 16 points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Celtics, who were without Paul Pierce (flu, sore right thumb) but still won their fourth out of five.

David Lee led the Knicks with 28 points and 15 rebounds. New York has lost eight straight overall -- and 11 out of 12 against the Celtics.
