MEMPHIS, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Michael Beasley poured in 30 points and Udonis Haslem got hot in the second overtime Friday to pace the Miami Heat to a 100-87 win over Memphis.
Haslem connected for eight points in the second overtime frame, while Beasley connected on 13-of-25 shots from the field and grabbed eight rebounds for Miami, making up for the absence of Dwyane Wade, who was out with a left calf strain.
Miami, which won its fifth straight game, got 18 points each from Mario Chalmers and Jermaine O'Neal, while Haslem and Carlos Arroyo chipped in with 10 points apiece.
The Heat went on a 15-2 run down the stretch in regulation to tie the game and force overtime.
The Grizzlies, who lost for the sixth time in seven games, were led by Marc Gasol with 22 points while Zach Randolph added 16 points and pulled down 19 rebounds.
