COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Troy Brouwer's fourth-round shootout goal provided the winning margin Sunday in the Chicago Blackhawks' 5-4 victory over Columbus.

Chicago got a goal and assist each from Jake Dowell and Patrick Sharp while Bryan Bickell and Patrick Kane also scored, sending the Blackhawks into the Winter Olympics break with a four-game winning streak.

The Hawks scored four straight goals after spotting Columbus a 2-0 first period lead but the Blue Jackets clawed their way back to earn a regulation tie. A power-play goal by Rick Nash with 2:16 left in the second and a third-period slapshot by Fedor Tyutin brought Columbus even.
