SYRACUSE, N.Y., Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Mike Marra's key 3-pointers down the stretch Sunday lifted Louisville to a stunning 66-60 upset of No. 3 Syracuse.

Marra finished with 12 points, including four from beyond the arc, and Edgar Sosa contributed 12 points and distributed five assists for the Cardinals (16-9, 7-5 Big East), who have defeated the Orange five straight times.

Louisville also got 10 points each from Jared Swopshire and Preston Knowles in the victory.

Syracuse (24-2, 11-2), which saw its 11-game winning streak snapped, was led by Wes Johnson with 14 points and eight rebounds.

The unexpected loss dropped the Orange a half-game behind Villanova in the Big East Conference race.
