Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Andre Iguodala scored 24 points and Elton Brand contributed 21 Tuesday, powering the Philadelphia 76ers' one-sided 119-97 win over Minnesota.
Lou Williams added 16 points with seven assists while coming off the bench. Thaddeus Young and Willie Green each had 15 points in the win.
The 76ers were hot in the first half, using 61.4 percent shooting from the field to pull out to a 22-point halftime lead.
Wayne Ellington led Minnesota with 16 points. Corey Brewer and Jonny Flynn each added 14 points.
