SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Kenyon Martin's game-high 27 points Sunday led Denver to a 103-89 victory at San Antonio.

The Nuggets rolled despite the absence of the NBA's leading scorer, Carmelo Anthony, for a fourth straight game due to a right-ankle sprain.

Denver's halftime lead was just 45-41, but a 28-21 fourth period sealed the deal.

Chauncey Billups filled his stats sheet with 25 points, 11 assists, and six rebounds.

J.R. Smith scored 18 with three assists, and three steals and Arron Afflalo added 14 points, three rebounds and three steals for the Nuggets, who have beaten the Spurs three straight times.

George Hill led San Antonio with 17 points and four assists.

Tim Duncan scored 16 with 10 rebounds, Manu Ginobli 14 with nine assists and three steals, Richard Jefferson 12 with five rebounds, and four steals and while DeJuan Blair added 10 points for the Spurs, who went 2-4 on their six-game homestand.
