
OXFORD, Miss., Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Michael Washington's 22 points and 11 rebounds Sunday helped Arkansas stage an 80-73 upset at 20th-ranked Mississippi.
The Razorbacks' victory came one day after the contest was postponed because a winter storm in Northwest Arkansas prevented the team from traveling to Oxford.
The Razorbacks overcome a 39-34 halftime deficit.
Rotnei Clarke's 3-pointer snapped a 71-71 tie and his four free throws in the final 22 seconds sealed the win.
Marshawn Powell scored 19 with six rebounds, Clarke scored 18, while Courtney Fortson added 10 points and five rebounds for the Razorbacks, who have won two straight.
Murphy Holloway led Ole Miss with 19 points and 17 rebounds.
Chris Warren scored 17 and Eniel Polynice had 15 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Rebels, who had a three-game winning streak snapped.
