NBA: Milwaukee 91, Philadelphia 88

MILWAUKEE, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Brandon Jennings put Milwaukee in front with 22.3 seconds remaining Wednesday and the Bucks held on to edge Philadelphia 91-88.

Jennings did not score a point until 3 minutes remained in the first half and he wound up with 18 in helping Milwaukee defeat the 76ers for the first time in seven tries.

The jump shot by Jennings gave Milwaukee a 90-88 lead and Elton Brand then missed two chances for Philadelphia, the second one coming from under the basket on a rebound of his own shot. Luke Ridnour was fouled with 3 seconds to go and he made 1-of-2 to give the Bucks a three-point lead.

Andre Iguodala missed a 3-point try at the buzzer for the 76ers, who lost their second straight.

Charlie Bell also had 18 for Milwaukee. Brand led Philadelphia with a season-high 26, making 12-of-20 from the field.
